Pakistani mountaineer Naila Kayani has won another honor. Naila Kayani climbed the world’s fifth-highest peak, Makalu, which is 8485 meters high.

Naila Kayani achieved a historic milestone this morning by scaling Makalu, the world’s fifth-highest peak in Nepal. Naila Kayani scaled Makalu at 9:35 a.m. local time. Naila Kayani has become the first woman in Pakistan’s history to climb 11 peaks over 8,000 meters.
