With Google’s password manager, you can now share passwords with other people. Currently, this facility will be limited to family members. According to a report by Android Authority, this new feature will allow users to securely share their passwords with family members through Google Password Manager.

When you share a password, family members will receive a copy of it in their Google Password Manager. This feature was announced by Google in February 2024, but now it has been officially introduced.
Password sharing will be limited to members of the family group that you have to create and add people to. When you create a family group, a share button will appear in Google’s password manager. According to the report, this feature is not yet available on the desktop version of Chrome but is working on the mobile app.
