“If we want to adopt it [cryptocurrency], we will have to give it [crypto companies] here,” Donald Trump says.

“If we want to own it, we have to let them come here,” former US President Donald Trump said while talking to a group of NFT holders at his Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida.

According to NFT Plazas, Trump hosted a group dinner for people who purchased at least 47 NFT cards, at $99 per card, at his Mar-a-Lago estate.

Trump, who was never a big fan of e-money, has now discovered a passion for cryptocurrency, and this has coincided with his popularity among the crypto community.

A survey conducted in March by crypto investment firm Paradigm found that 48% of crypto investors were ready to support Trump in the election, while 39% were proposing to support current President Joe Biden.

During the event, Trump announced that his campaign is open to accepting election donations in the form of Bitcoin and other crypto tokens.

He also targeted the presidential administration, accusing President Biden and US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Gary Gentler of waging a brutal war with crypto.

Analysts who closely follow Trump’s crypto-politics believe that if the former leader wins the November national elections, Bitcoin will look even better.

The Mar-a-Lago crypto gathering also comes at a time when the US House passed a resolution condemning the US SEC’s policy on crypto banking, showing the growing conflict between pro-crypto and anti-crypto political views. Hue.
